Follow Your Passion

In this world, I feel we are all passionate about SOMETHING.  It’s a shame how a lot of people simply live in the world, too afraid to move towards a life of personal fulfillment.  In NC, I know of a lot of older adults that have worked for a company for 30+ years, but only make $30,000 a year!  Not to say it’s a bad thing…But it seems like a lot of people settle for what they have currently, and pray for a “miracle” of having more.  What about taking ACTION to have what you want!  We all have the power to aspire to be whomever we choose to be, so I believe there are NO EXCUSES if you don’t achieve your goals!

Sure, some have “success” in the form of a lot of money, the big house, etc.  But you cannot look at someone else’s “success” to gauge your own success.  Just because someone may earn $150,000 a year doesn’t mean they are living comfortably.  The concept of “living paycheck-to-paycheck” can include ANYONE, regardless of the amount of money that person may make.

Don’t let money (or lack thereof) stop you from achieving your passion.  Thanks to the internet, you can study up on pretty much anything.  But ultimately, it’s up to YOU to STEP in the direction of your passion!  NO ONE is going to make it happen for you.  You could be holding the key to something that has never been implemented before, so don’t be afraid to follow what’s in your heart.

If you eat, sleep, think, and dream about something nearly ever single day, then that is what you should be doing with the bulk of your time in this world.  I sincerely believe when one follows their passion, everything else will fall into place automatically.  Bills WILL get paid, you WILL have a savings, you WILL be able to enjoy life a little bit more than before.  You will be surprised just how much harder you will work when it’s something you care about.  But it won’t be seen as “work” in your mind…just something you WANT to do.

Don’t let anyone else tell you that you cannot achieve your aspirations.  A lot of people speak negatively toward what someone else is doing, because they haven’t done the same for themselves.  Strive to be great!!!
